TERMS OF SERVICE

Before you transaction with me/my design, please make sure to have read my Terms of Service.
you send me a requests, you agreed to these.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.
-This does not apply to requests made on the commission site Skeb.
When using Skeb, please check the official website of Skeb.

1.GENERAL TERMS

  • I can change these Terms of Service at any time and only the latest ones will always apply. Please DO NOT refer to the old one.

  • Unless otherwise noted, all transaction/commissions are for non-commercial, personal use only.  Prior consultation is required for commercial use.

  • I retain rights to the artwork and intellectual property.

  • DO NOT repost / use / trace etc. my work without permission.

  • DO NOT Claiming my artwork as your own.

  • DO NOT Removing my signature from my artwork.

  • DO NOT use my work for AI/NFT and provide them.

  • Even if it is commission/adopt, my works may include a subtle sign, DO NOT delete it.

  • The works may be made published as my samples / achievements, usually as files with a signature or other watermark, and may included on my monetized social and content platforms etc. If you wish to keep them private there will be an additional fee.

2.PAYMENT

  • Currency accepted is usually USD and be paid through 100% upfront Paypal invoice or Ko-fi only.
    make sure to select “no address needed” before sending.

  • JPY is accepted only in the following cases: requests from native Japanese speakers.

  • Installment payments are accepted only in the following cases: for high-priced items such as Vtuber models. Even in this case, only the work corresponding to the amount paid will be performed, and delivery will only occur after full payment.

3.COMMISSION

  • I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

  • I cannot draw copyrighted characters from anime, manga, and the like unless explicitly permitted by the guidelines.

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand, and all prices below are base prices.

  • Things that might increase the price are complex character designs, number of characters, not being able to provide a good visual reference, complex backgrounds and amount of detail in the image in general.

Work proceeds in the order of sketch → lineart → flat color → shading → background + finish.You can see the preview at the sketching stage and revisions it if necessary.
-Up to 2 free revisions. An additional charge of $5- will be charged for each after the 3rd time, Prices vary depending on complexity. If approved, will move on to lineart.
-Any major changes after the sketch stage may not be possible. or will only be accommodated after paying an additional fee of up to 100%.The next preview is a flat color WIP, but if you want to see it, you need to let me know in advance.
*In any case, you can see the sketch.The preview is a small file and adds a watermark. Do not use this file.・Preview/revisions is not possible for Skeb-like(Surprise me) commissions.3-4.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued if I determine that I'm unable to complete the work for any reason.

4.ADOPT
Adopt is a design(character) transaction.DO NOT edit/delete bid comments.4-1.PROTECT DESIGN
To protect my design and creator / owners from confusion, Must have a Toyhouse to buy my design.
*This section has been removed following the opening of Adopt shops such as Vgen shop.If the owner who receives my design submits it to Toyhouse, please credit me @kaia_ran as the on-site creator. DO NOT delete them.4-2.PAYMENT DEADLINE
The payment deadline is stated on the invoice and is basically about 48 hours.
If I can't confirm the payment within the remittance deadline, I will sell the design again as Adoptable.
You can use the design as an owner only after the transaction is completed.4-3.EDITING AND TWEAKS
Possible make minor edits(Name / Gender / Age / Color / Clothes / Hairstyle etc.) so long as it's still recognizable design.
but, DO NOT edit/repaint my artwork as is without special permission.Also, you should continue to credit me as a creator after editing, and don't delete it.4-4.RESALE AND TRADE/GIVE
Adopt is non-refundable.
Here's how buyers can let go of their designs:[TRADE / GIVE]
-Designs received by trade/give can only be trade/give as well.[RESALE]
-Cannot be resold beyond the purchase price.
-Payment is in USD only.And if you want to resell or trade / give my design, let the buyer check my TOS as well.
If you don't know where my TOS are, please feel free to contact me.Only my TOS apply to transactions of my design.

5.VIOLATION AND BLACKLIST
If you violate any/all of these, your information will be listed on my blacklist and any further transactions will be prohibited.
Also, the person who contributed my work to the blacklisted people will be blacklisted as well.BLACKLIST
